Concrete Superintendent - Commercial Projects
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage our commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of concrete operations, maintain adherence to project timelines, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all concrete operations on commercial construction sites.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure project timelines are met.Conduct site inspections to enforce safety and quality standards.Manage scheduling and logistics for concrete deliveries and installations.Provide leadership and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative work environment.Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy in execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent in commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Experience with project management software and scheduling tools.Nice to have: Experience in retail, office, or K-12 construction projects.
