As a member of the team, you will provide associated technical support to DLA's Enterprise Workflow Support Capability (EWSC) program consisting of a multi-tenant virtual infrastructure supporting approximately 1,000 end users world- wide and around the clock. The EWSC core architecture is currently built upon the Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) product RSA Archer version 6.4 and leverages Out of the Box (OOB) software configurations (with no customizations) to meet the Government's needs. This contract covers support including cyber defense, information assurance, network operations and maintenance, lifecycle management, IT planning, system sustainment, system management, system integration, system administration, technical support, technical analysis and guidance, technical troubleshooting, testing and evaluation, software management, software configuration, data support and reporting, software inventory, application enhancement, service desk support, end user support, architectural and infrastructure management, audio visual and video teleconferencing, upgrade or technology change support, documentation support, training support. Responsibilities: As a Configuration Management Specialist, you will provide expert support in planning, documenting, implementing, executing, and monitoring configuration management (CM) processes and procedures. Your role includes establishing and maintaining systems to accurately record modifications to hardware, software, or documentation, ensuring that allocated, functional, and physical baseline controls are effectively maintained. You will assist in reviewing engineering change requests to assess their impact on the configuration baseline and logistics support elements, maintaining comprehensive configuration control records and technical documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with quality assurance and management representatives to ensure that the product baseline is accurate, well-documented, and aligned with project requirements. Your work is critical in maintaining the integrity and traceability of all system changes throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include: Recommend design, develop, document, test, tune, configure, customize, setup, deploy/implement, and sustain all new software, applications, changes, and enhancements.Provide support in gathering functional, technical, and interface requirements and ensure all requirement changes are included in final design documentation.Participate in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) comprised of multi-functional stakeholders to transform stakeholder needs, expectations, constraints, and interfaces into customer requirements. Participate in formal and informal meetings at the request of the Government, with the intent to support the functional users in identifying the impact and dependencies of identified requirements or updates. Provide change management consultation to ensure control and record-keeping is maintained of transitions in infrastructure, organization, responsibilities, and products.Coordinate CM inputs with IPTs and explain any deviations between expectations to actual capabilities delivered.Conduct Quality Assurance support for all assigned CM activities.Provide CM support for integration and testing activities.Update CM databases and generate management reports and metrics.Support the creation and maintenance of program CCWG charters and CM related procedures.Provide support in capturing, defining, and maintaining control of customer functional and technical requirements.Conduct modifications and enhancement adjustments to system software and utilities following changes to architectural standards. Qualifications: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. Security: IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
