1st shift (7am-3:30pm or 8AM-4:30PM)
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience working in a Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Conformal Coating environment and the Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
Candidates selected must have the ability to adapt to spraying various conformal coating materials.
Prior experience operating several different types of dispensing and coating materials.
Additionally, we are seeking candidates that have great communication skills, and can interact well with colleagues in the Conformal Coating area, as well as team members in other departments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required.
2-5 years' experience in PCBA Conformal Coating environment Expert in spraying PCBAs with various conformal coating materials.
Successfully train with and complete working with other members of coating technician.
Responsibilities:
Mask and/or tape circuit boards in areas that are to be free of conformal coating or potting.
Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage.
Maintain the coating and dispensing spraying guns to ensure proper operating condition.
Maintain coating materials log to control FEFO (First Expired / First Out) .
Remove any excess coating and perform manual touch-up on areas the coating machine may have missed to ensure boards maintain a consistent high quality Safely and securely transport circuit board racks from one destination to another to eliminate delays in the manufacturing process and production workflow.
Perform general housekeeping duties to sustain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
Be knowledgeable of the various materials used.
