Night Shift/1845-0715 /The Constant Observer position doesn't require any specialized certification.
We require the online Health Stream competency checklist and education and a short 4 hour shadow shift.
Nothing else is required If a video monitoring service is being used in lieu of physical sitters, those expenses should be recorded in this department.
Sitters' non-productive hours and education hours should be recorded here.
All physical sitter hours should be recorded in the unit where they are working when they are working on a unit.
