A growing legal firm in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a mid-level (3-5 years of experience) highly motivated associate attorney to primarily handle  construction and professional liability litigation matters, including construction defect litigation, breach of contract, business tort claims, lien and bond claims, and other disputes for contractors, developers, architects and engineers, and other construction-related entities.
