Construction Attorney

We are a growing, Award Winning Legal Firm, looking to bring on a Construction Attorney to join our team.
Specifically, we are looking for someone with 3+ years of litigation experience, in addition to experience to previous construction legal experience.
Requirements:
2+ years of construction legal experience3+ years of litigation experienceAdmitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standingJD degree from an ABA approved schoolPersuasive writing skills Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, including complaints, answers, demurrersResearch and prepare motions, including dispositive motionsDraft and respond to written discovery and discovery motionsConduct and defend fact and expert witness depositionsAttend court hearings and argue motionsPrepare trial documents and submissions
