The Construction Coordinator is responsible for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs. (This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)

Essential Position Functions Manage & Track Milestones: Create jobs Issue Jobs to designManage job through full lifecycle updating milestones Reconcile jobs Liaise with StakeholdersPoint of contact for all internal Customers cross functional groups Provide reporting for next level managementIdentify ResourcesCreate and approve funding requestMaterial management and reconciliation Research contracts and agreementsManage funding request/purchase orderResponsible for job estimate Manage and Analyze Quality control FlowManage quality control workflowValidate that the field quality control is performedPull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reportsInteract with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closedConduct admin and Milestone Quality ControlFollow admin and Milestone Quality ControlValidate permit is closedFinal invoice milestone is setClose jobsEscalate any project related issues that may impact completion and/or customer satisfaction.Other duties as required Education and/or Experience:High school diploma or GED required. 1 – 2 years' experience in Hybrid Fiber Coaxial and Construction. Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.Proficiency with Windows operating systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word.Ability to demonstrate an understand the fundamentals of Communications construction required.Must be able to work alone, and with a team.Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
