Join our client, as a Construction Finance Manager!
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations within the construction industry.
Your primary focus will be on managing the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
You will collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the financial success of each project.
Responsibilities: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial goals. Monitor project costs and financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Prepare and present financial reports to project teams and senior management. Review and analyze project contracts to ensure compliance with financial requirements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues and discrepancies. Provide financial guidance and support to project managers and team members. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction finance. Requirements At least 5-7 years of experience in finance, preferably in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of construction finance and project accounting principles. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent attention to detail and highly organized. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in finance software and Microsoft Excel.
