JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage technology projects, focusing on Microsoft initiatives such as Power BI, Microsoft Information Protection, and SharePoint Workflows.
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and manage financial aspects including Opex vs. Capex planning and monthly forecast reporting.
Collaborate with technical service leaders, developers, architects, and vendors across multiple Disney sites and remote offices to ensure successful project completion.
Lead the project from initiation through planning to delivery and implementation, aligning with the project's scope, quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
Manage vendor and resource labor expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective stakeholder collaboration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Proven experience in technology project management, particularly with Microsoft product implementations.
Strong financial management skills, with direct experience in Opex vs. Capex planning.
Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, with the capability to lead and manage projects impacting multiple segments within a large-scale organization.
Expertise in Microsoft product implementations and stakeholder collaboration across diverse teams.
