Title: Commercial Construction Junior EstimatorWe are seeking an Commercial Construction Junior Estimator to join our close knit team. As an Junior Estimator you'll be learning and training with the best. You'll be analyzing construction projects, evaluating costs, and preparing accurate estimates and bids. You will work closely with senior estimators, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the timely completion of projects.Responsibilities:Review project plans, specifications, and other related documents to determine the scope of the project.Conduct site visits to assess the condition of the site, identify potential challenges, and gather data for cost analysis.Identify the necessary materials, equipment, and labor needed to complete the project.Prepare accurate estimates and bids based on the gathered data and industry standards.Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain pricing and availability of materials and services.Collaborate with project managers to create project schedules, manage project costs, and ensure the timely completion of projects.Conduct post-project reviews to analyze the accuracy of the estimate, identify areas for improvement, and update the cost database for future use.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.Experience with diverse special projects and ground up commercial construction.Strong integrity and willingness to learn.Looking for a career and not just a job.If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and project list for consideration.
