Pay rate: $17.30 - $20.55 / hour Higher starting pay with relevant experience.

Essential Functions: Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes.
Operating and tending machinery misc.

Following instructions from supervisors.
Assisting tradespeople in their duties.
Job Requirements and Qualifications Education: Previous construction industry experience.
Training Requirements: Trans Ash will provide necessary safety training for the job.
Experience: Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is preferred.
Other Information: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, climb, and operate vehicles and small equipment.
Must be able to work in a construction environment including possible inclement weather.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
