Responsible for site supervision of the employee workforce and tasks completed for ongoing electrical projects; ensure electrical standards are met throughout the project from start to finish; ensure materials and tooling required for specific projects are accurate and available to personnel, adhering to timelines; quote new contracts, including drawing-up and reviewing plans; conduct project management of Electrical Vehicle Charging operations, ensuring they remain on track according to corporate standards and timelines; delegate work to personnel, and track work on existing projects, ensuring they are timely completed and in accordance with corporate standards; plan and forecast current and future projects on a daily basis; organize and run team building days, ensuring optimal training and motivation to personnel; utilize air and hydraulic schematics, automation, elevated platform work, equipment testing and commissioning, excavation, rigging, high-voltage switching, forklift operation, purchase ordering, fault finding, project management, and wiring harness design, building and installation to perform duties; conduct material procurement and analyze inventory levels on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring inventory levels are optimal; provide technical support to current and new personnel to complete daily activities and build experience levels; manage the employee workforce, as well as workload in the event of staff shortages; and provide technical support to any electrical work as needed, ensuring projects are met according to corporate guidelines.
Location: Holly, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US;
Salary: $100,256 per year;
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering Management, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as an Electrician, as a Mobile Plant High Voltage Technician, as a Project Manager, or in a related occupation;
Will accept three (3) years in the position above, as an Electrician, as a Mobile Plant High Voltage Technician, as a Project Manager, or in a related occupation in lieu of the primary education and experience requirements.
