Requirements

High school diploma or GEDMinimum of two years experience in residential production, home building managementValid driver's licenseProficient with MS Office Products Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred) Strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and work independently as part of a larger teamPrevious experience in construction project management or construction home building Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationshipsProficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
