They foster a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where your ideas are not just heard, but actively encouraged and implemented.About the Position:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team and start to build in house. To date, we have hired third party GCs so to build for our portfolio. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the construction of entire Build-to-Rent communities in Houston. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in every project, from land acquisition and site selection to construction completion and ultimately, project sale.Requirements:Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, subcontractors and owners in order to foster an exceptional culture at the jobsite.Minimum 5-10 years of experience in production home building, preferably with a successful track record at a larger, production home builder.Minimum 5 years of experience selecting and managing subcontractors.Established network of subcontractors and tradespeople: Your ability to attract and retain reliable partners is crucial to our success.Recent experience in middle-income or BTR projects.
