Duties & Responsibilities Support the design and construction of parking garage expansion project Participate in design reviews Support vendor procurement Participate in constructability reviews Develop costs estimates as necessary Develop initial program/ project schedule Manage program/ project budget Ensure adherence to safety rules Track and mitigate potential risks Oversee construction testing and commissioning Provide daily reports for progress Perform schedule analysis Coordinate with the utility and third party entities for new service, project phasing, planned outages, deliveries, etc.
Provide weekly reports to management showing any schedule variance and potential risks Review and support RFI responses Review, negotiate, and approve Field Change Orders Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree Civil construction / building experience preferred Minimum 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in design/ construction of commercial construction experience Ability to work as a team member and communicate with multiple stakeholders Familiar with California ADA Proficient with MS Excel, outlook and teams A valid driver's license and compliance with our vehicle policy is required.
Candidate must be willing to travel throughout client territory to multiple projects when necessary Salary Pay may be more or less depending on experience, skills, education or geographical location.


$110,000 - $135,000 a year
