Lokal Homes, one of the fastest growing privately held homebuilders in Colorado, is seeking an experienced Townhome Construction Manager for a new project in the south Denver Tech Center area. Experience with both front-end and back-end processes in multifamily residential construction is required.
Summary: The general function of a Lokal Homes Construction Manager is to support the day to day activities necessary for success at your assigned residential community. You will meet daily with trade partners, set expectations for the home construction process, adhere to safety requirements / construction schedules / budgets and encourage participation in buyer surveys. The Construction Manager is responsible for delivering an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes buyer. What You Will Do Each Day In This Role: Oversee and manage schedules for construction related activities on the assigned project.Walk your assigned project and all homes daily to understand actual status and schedule compliance.Partner with Sales and Warranty teams to deliver one consistent message to homebuyers.Document all work completed by trade partners and third party inspectors in the company's schedule tool.Lead homeowner orientations prior to home closing.Deliver clean and complete houses within required time frames set by the company.Safeguard the job site from hazardous situations and material.Supervise the subcontractors to ensure they are meeting expectations of the company.Manage and control all direct and indirect construction expenditures for your project(s). Critical Performance Measurement Areas: Customer Satisfaction – You will be assessed by our buyers through a 3 rd  party survey on Quality, Meeting Expectations and CommunicationCycle Time & EPO Spend – Adherence to our construction schedules and budgets is essential to your community's success Required Experience: Minimum 4 years of construction related experience with a builder or skilled trade partnerDemonstrated successful track record of working in complex construction projectsComputer literacy to navigate the company's automated scheduling and communication toolsUnderstanding of blueprint reading and building codesOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Base Salary Range $80,000 to $110,000 plus auto allowance and production bonuses.
