POSITION SUMMARY:

This individual will be responsible for the full life cycle of construction operations (concept to delivery), directly managing and growing a team across multiple projects. This individual will be instrumental in managing and growing a construction operating platform (regional office) and team in support of an active and growing pipeline. The right candidate will be an accomplished multifamily/mixed use construction leader that has the capacity and potential or experience to lead the construction activities and team for multiple projects. They currently have 1 under construction, 1 soon to start with 2-3 more actively in development coming on line. As such, it is the perfect situation to be ahead of the curve and grow the operation to scale. This position is responsible for a business unit and will lead all planning, directing, resource allocation, staffing, program and project management from inception through execution; focusing on bottom line performance and quality. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, forward thinking, pro-active & driven as this is a key member of the executive construction team and will have a direct impact on the success of the business.

They have the capital, relationships, history of success and plan in place to continue to grow beyond, with long-term commitment to the Phoenix market.
