Role: Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Cypress, TX
Pay Rate: $75,000/year

We are looking for a Project Coordinator on a direct-hire basis.
Job Responsibilities: Provide monthly draw packages to Owners Manage subcontractor billing and processing Process invoices and enter information into Timberscan/Titanium Reconcile lien notices Oversee project closeouts including retainage pay apps and submission of warranty letters, O&M manuals, as-builts, etc. Prepare budgeting and cost reports Responsible for subcontractor document control such as W-9s, insurance, lien notices Responsible for the project setup Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, change orders as well as issuance and tracking Analyze tasks and take appropriate action to progress projects in a timely fashion Update plan logs Communicate routinely with the Project Management team on a variety of project related topics such as insurance, payment applications, invoices, draws, etc. Be a team player and help with other things as needed.
Requirements: 3+ years of construction experience •Experience working in accounting
•Timberline, Intacct, GC Pay, Timberscan, & Procore experience
