Responsibilities
Assist with on-site management to ensure project success Ensure all aspects of the project plan is moving forward to meet deadlines Responsible for RFIs, submittals and change order requests Processes owner billings and assist with project related budget needs Requirements 1 - 3 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred OSHA 30 certification preferred Benefits of working as a Construction Project Engineer I in Oakland, CA:
