Construction Project Engineer

Abernathey Development LLC is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our team.
As a Construction Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, and design, of Class A Self-Storage facilities throughout the Southwest.
Job Expectations: Manage submittals, working with our architectures for value engineering.
Handle requests for information and working with professional engineers, utility companies, and city and county municapalities.
Assist with civil engineering, cost estimating, and engineering layout.
Reviewing architectural and engineering plans with suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate and support for field project managers.
