Description
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning through completion
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within scope
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety compliance
Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing challenges
Review and approve project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture

Profile
In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
7+ years of experience building public / commercial projects
Proven ability to manage $20M+ projects from inception to completion
Strong general contracting background with tenure at reputable firms
Excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration across teams
Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver, ensuring high-quality project outcomes
Dedicated to a balanced workload and quality-focused project management

Job Offer
The right candidate will receive
Up to $ 160,000 base salary
