Quilt is a customer focused company, so top tier customer service is as much a part of the job as construction expertise.  Key metrics for the role are time from sales contract signed to installation, customer satisfaction scores, and achieving budget targets to drive our mission to move humanity off fossil fuel heating.

Qualifications 4+ years experience as project manager in the construction industry, preferably residential. Outstanding customer service and English communication skills.   Familiar with California and Bay Area building codes and permitting processes. Familiarity and comfort using project management software. Strong attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background check and drug screen required. Authorized to work in the U.S. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and supervise multiple residential HVAC projects from initiation to completion, on time, within budget and with a great customer experience. Develop and document the HVAC project packages for the field installation team by performing residential customer site visits and customer consultations. Manage contractor partners to quote, schedule, perform, and close work. Conduct regular site visits during installation to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Collaborate with the operations, sales, and engineering teams to develop internal processes and improve the customer experience. Maintain a strong customer relationship throughout the duration of the project lifecycle, conduct lessons learned meetings post project, and ensure periodically check in with customers post installation. This role is a full-time position based in our Redwood City office and located at customer sites across the Bay Area.

The expected salary range is $100,000 to $135,000 a year depending on experience. In addition to base salary, Quilt also offers meaningful equity and top-tier benefits.

This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled and ambitious team of people who truly care about the impact of their work. We are on a mission to accelerate a species-level human transition. For over a million years we've been burning things to stay warm. It's time to move to a better way of living.
