Senior Estimator/Project Manager
to support public and private projects throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania! The Estimator plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure the goals of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player, and a creative problem solver.

Senior Estimator/Project Manager Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Performs all work according to MSHA and other Safety policies
Solicits and maintains positive relationships with potential and current clients
Analyzes plans and specifications on various projects to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
Prepares and submits a quality estimate within the time provided
Solicits bids and negotiates contracts with subcontractors
Prepares "New Job Folder Set Up" information
Evaluate and prepares pricing for change orders
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule, within the prescribed budget, and provides advice to solve problems
Other duties as assigned
Senior Estimator/Project Manager Required Skills, Education, And Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
A combination of education and experience may be considered
Five years of experience in Heavy Civil Constriction relevant to this region
Driver's license and clean driving record
Effective verbal and written communication
Proficient computer skills including Internet and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and specialized project software
Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to the job)
Senior Estimator/Project Manager Preferred Skills, Education, And Experience
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university
Ten years of experience in Heavy Civil Constriction relevant to this region
Certified PE
OSHA and/or other applicable safety certifications and training
