Our client is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include: Review and understand contract documents to grasp project scope and timelines.Plan and manage all stages of construction, from project kickoff to final completion.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.Schedule and coordinate work crews and collaborate with superintendents.Oversee and facilitate the procurement of materials and subcontractors.Qualifications: An associate's degree in construction technology, or a related field is required.3-5 years of relevant construction experience is required.Experience with doors and/or hardware is advantageous.Experience with Baseline Document Change (BDC) forms.Proficiency in construction project management software, including PROCORE and Bluebeam is a must.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.OSHA-30 Certification is required.Hours & Benefits: M -F 8-5In-PersonPTOHealth, Dental, & Vision401KFor more details on this role please contact ******** or call ******** .
