The Role
We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Petroleum Construction Project Coordinator to join our Southeastern team.
The Petroleum Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all project close outs, scheduling inspections as needed, coordination of sub-contractors & managing schedules for the Heavy Maintenance division.
MUST have construction project coordinator experience.

Responsibilities
* Developing project scope and objectives
* Meeting with team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and resolve issues
* Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
* Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
* In take & dispatching multiple crews to service calls for Heavy Maintenance division and seeing the full completion through.
* Inputting quotes into customer portals
* Managing/tracking status and providing updates to customers by email or customer portals
* Complete and deliver all closeouts to specific customers' requirements
Requirements and Skills
* Must have direct construction project coordinator experience
* Must have experience managing fast track projects
* Must be sufficient in computer skills
* Ability to lead teams for various sizes and see them through to completion
* Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Willingness report to FT LAUDERDLE office daily
* MUST be bilingual with English/Spanish
* Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
