Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
* Monitor and address project progress and resolving any issues or delays.
* Lead project meetings, providing updates to clients and internal teams.
* Conduct site visits.

* Minimum 7 years of diverse commercial experience.
* Strong Leadership capabilities.
* Proven record of successfully managing projects over $10 Million
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
* Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Must possess excellent client relationship skills.
