Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities: Ability to read and understand Project Drawings, Details, and Specifications Ability to manage & complete bid processes, seeing the proposal process from start to finish Perform quantity take-offs on our Take -Off Program (eTakeoff) Input take-offs into our estimating program and manage pricing as directed to create bids Manage subcontractor quotes and contracts Working with General Contractor's and performing scope reviews Communication with General Contractors for RFI's, Schedules, and winning project logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems Must have a strong & motivated work ethic Proficient in MS Office, Adobe and plan viewing applications (Sage Estimating, eTakeoff, Bluebeam) Inputting new/updated unit pricing into our estimating system Ability to update and clean up eTakeoff and Sage Estimating programs Qualifications · 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating
· Experience working in landscape construction is a plus
· Must be decisive and work well under pressure
· Strong ability to concurrently manage multiple construction projects across various markets
· General understanding of civil, architectural, and other construction drawings is required
· Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling,
and estimating is required. Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Project
· Strong negotiation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills required
