Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities: Effectively manage all projects to ensure they meet performance targets. Prepare construction budgets, schedules, and implement safety and quality controls. Assess and determine the requirements for materials, subcontractors, and labor. Supervise, train, and hold direct reports accountable for their performance. Conduct routine safety and quality inspections regularly. Assist superintendents in addressing complex construction issues, code compliance, and subcontractor relations. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including the jobsite safety program. Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly. Keep the General Manager informed of any issues related to staff or projects. Enhance profitability through innovative cost-saving measures. Participate in the emergency on-call rotation. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Construction Experience: Required; multi-family project experience preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Licensing: Valid driver's license required. Software Proficiency: Experience with NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Ability to travel up to 50+% of the time. Skills: Strong organizational abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with various subcontractors.
