The company work together to accelerate research, solve complex analytical challenges, improve patient diagnostics, drive laboratory productivity and produce life-saving treatments for patients.Responsibilities and Requirements: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project phases are completed on time.Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams.Facilitate communication and coordination among all project participants to ensure smooth project execution.Assist in the development and management of project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within budget.
Coordinate resource allocation and manage procurement of materials and equipment.Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to cGMP and other regulatory requirements.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.Conduct site inspections and coordinate with site managers to resolve any on-site issues.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.Coordinate regular project meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status.Manage project change requests and ensure all changes are documented, assessed, and approved before implementation.Update project plans and schedules to reflect approved changes.Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Manage contractor performance, including adherence to contractual terms and quality standards.
