Construction Project Manager

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for all facets of assigned construction projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing the entire project life-cycle, including scheduling, budgeting, estimation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. This position will require a high degree of collaboration with other departments, clients, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, including objectives, scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and staffing needs Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and team members to ensure successful execution of all phases of the project Analyze and monitor progress against project plans to identify and address any potential delays or budget issues Ensure quality control and safety measures are met Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders Qualifications:
