Key Responsibilities: Oversee structural steel projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.Lead project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple teams.Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.Provide leadership to project teams, driving accountability and ensuring safety compliance.Conduct risk management assessments, ensure quality control, and review shop drawings.Assist with steel erection engineering and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve project goals.Ensure accurate documentation and regular reporting on project status.Build strong relationships with team members at all levels and effectively resolve challenges that arise.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management or engineering, ideally within the construction or structural steel industries.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail.Experience reviewing blueprints and construction drawings.Knowledge of financial reporting and its application to job management.Preferred Experience: Familiarity with structural steel or miscellaneous metals.Experience using Bluebeam Revu or Tekla software.Benefits: Competitive salary and annual bonus.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Comprehensive benefits including 401(k), Health Savings Account (HSA), health insurance, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage.
