Construction Project Manager

One of the top home builders in America is currently looking for a Construction Manager. Great opportunity to work at premier national and award winning owner/builder. The right person will oversee all field personnel that are assigned to a multi-unit project and coordinate daily operations.
What You Will Be Doing - Plan and direct construction activities of the Superintendents, Project Coordinators and other staff as assigned
- Develop, implement, and monitor department budget; manages expenses within approved budget constraints.
- Prepares accurate and timely reports as required.
- Review construction scopes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all subcontractors have appropriate licenses and insurance.
- Manage all project specific correspondence and documentation; including submittals, change requests and daily field reports
- Manage project budget, review field purchase orders and provide reporting
What You Need for this Position
- Residential construction experience
