We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who brings a client-focused approach and an established portfolio of clients, helping us further drive growth and build lasting partnerships.
Role Description The Senior Project Manager at Comanche Contractors will manage high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the company's high-quality standards.
Supported by dedicated project coordinators for all project-related tasks, this role is ideal for a seasoned professional with proven expertise in commercial construction and the ability to foster client relationships.
Responsibilities • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining open communication and building lasting relationships.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure accurate reporting and updates for clients and Comanche Contractors' leadership team.
• Collaborate closely with project coordinators to streamline project documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications • Field experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience, specifically in commercial construction.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial projects end-to-end.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Existing portfolio of clients relevant to the commercial construction industry *** • PMP certification or similar is preferred.
