Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Manage and direct all aspects of construction projects, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of work.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
Quality Assurance & Safety: Ensure all work meets Boldt Construction's quality standards and complies with safety regulations and building codes.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation plans to address them.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reports.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, ideally with large-scale or complex projects.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively Experience with construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes Certifications: PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditation is a plus but not required.
