We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related field, along with 4 to 8 years of experience in construction project management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and timelines
Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project team members to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
Manage procurement, and negotiation with suppliers and vendors
Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction projects
Requirements • Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 8 years of experience in construction project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
