Construction Senior Attorney

Our client is seeking a construction attorney with a minimum of 6 years of construction litigation experience for its construction practice group in Dallas and San Antonio, TX.
Candidates must have extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience.
Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills are essential.
Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess a solid work ethic.
Experience with insurance defense processes is considered advantageous.


Salary and Benefits: Salary Range: $165,000 - $195,000 annually (based on full-time work schedule) Actual compensation influenced by various factors such as qualifications, experience, skill sets, and market data Annual discretionary bonus eligible Benefits include health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short and long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
