Construction Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager? Are you available for 4 months from August?
A successful Laboratory Construction organisation is currently seeking a Construction Site Manager on a temporary basis for a Lab Build and Refit project on a client's site in Bradford. The project will be full-time, starting in Early August and expected to last for 4 months. Ideally, you will have experience working on a Chemical Plant or within a similar highly regulated environment.
Role OverviewOn-site Management of Clients and Subcontractors and acting as liaison for communication.Ensuring all H&S, Quality and Statutory requirements are implemented correctly and adhered to at all times.Checking and inspecting orders and deliveries.Coordination of commissioning, cleaning and handover.Ensuring all necessary records and documentation are completed in line with requirements.To be considered...RequirementsPrior experience as a Site Manager, ideally working on similar projects in a chemical plant or other highly regulated environment.H&S Qualified – EMSS Safety Passport, SMSTS, or IOSH Managing Safely is Essential.Available Immediately to mid-December, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (usual days of 08:30-16:30, but there may be some variation dependent on project requirements).Due to the volume of applications received daily, we find it incredibly difficult to respond to everyone.
