Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced commercial Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of a remote commercial construction project somewhere in the USA from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality workmanship is performed by subcontracted trades. This role involves fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both their PVC supervisor and the client company.
Provides direct oversight of various subcontracted trade workers assigned to undertake and complete a commercial construction project

Leads and oversees each stage of the jobsite construction process while monitoring the progress, performance, and quality of all subcontractor work

Observes and inspects construction activities for adherence to job specifications and contract documents

Reads, interprets, and ensures adherence to building plans, codes, and regulations; reviews and interprets blueprints, specifications, inspections reports, etc.
Organizes the jobsite to be safe and efficient; maintains a neat, clean, and organized jobsite

Coordinates and updates the assigned PVC Project Manager located at the main office on a daily basis on jobsite progress

Follows and enforces the Corporate Safety, Environmental, and Quality Standards at all times
Required to wear protective safety equipment such as hard hats when on a construction site

Aggressively completes all jobsite projects on time and under budget
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction
Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints accurately

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

Willingness to travel to active jobsites across the USA

Ability to reside in temporary housing near the jobsite for the duration of the project

Physical capability to work on and navigate active commercial construction sites

Required: OSHA 10 Certification
Preferred: OSHA 30 and/or Forklift Certification
Must own appropriate tools and have reliable transportation
Safe driving record to meet job demands
