The Construction Superintendent provides on-site leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial or residential construction projectsResponsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring specifications are followed, and work is done safely and on scheduleProvides leadership to field employees such as Laborers, Field Engineers, and Assistant Superintendents

Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain the master project schedule• Prepare a detailed 2-week look ahead schedule• Conduct subcontractor precon meetings• Proactively schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors• Ensure subcontractors comply with scope of work• Adhere to company's safety policy• Coordinate and monitor daily jobsite activities• Perform quality control duties• Maintain a clean and organized job site• Identify conflicts in construction documents and address them
Requirements
• 7+ years multifamily/commercial construction experience in a construction management or similar position• Familiarity with construction management and office productivity software• Possess a valid Driver's license• Maintain OSHA 30, First Aid, & CPR Certification
