Construction Superintendent

Overview: An employer based out of the Litchfield Park, AZ area is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join their team.
This person will be responsible for managing sub contractors, safety aspects, cost estimates, scheduling, and timelines.
They will be working primarily on commercial projects but could support industrial projects too.

Qualifications: Experience as a Construction SuperintendentExperience supporting commercial projectsAbility to manage sub contractors, scheduling, & safety aspectsExperience managing large projects Responsibilities: Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocationCreate cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costsCollaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timelineCoordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliersCreate schedules for workers and subcontractorsHire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly Compensation: This position is paying between $70,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary.
