Construction Superintendent

Job Title: Superintendent Job Location: Fort Myers, FL Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage daily tasks on swimming pool builds, ensuring projects are completed to high standards within scheduled timelines. Key Responsibilities: Project Management : Manage day-to-day tasks on assigned pool projects; create and execute work schedules for all active projects within the work area. Planning & Supervision : Develop accurate build plans for all subcontractors and inspect each phase during and post-completion to ensure quality. Quality Control : Identify punch list items and corrective work, ensuring completion before progressing to the next phase whenever possible. Customer Interaction : Manage customer expectations, provide regular updates, and conduct face-to-face and written communications to keep clients informed. Documentation : Update Builder Trend daily with site logs and photos to maintain accurate project records. Additional Tasks : Perform other duties as assigned to support goals. Qualifications : Experience : Previous experience in swimming pool or general supervision. Skills : Strong organizational skills, scheduling expertise, and ability to work closely with subcontractors and crews to ensure BHP standards are met.
