Job Description

The Construction Superintendent - Life Sciences - New Jersey will: Have minimum of 8 (eight) years of Superintendent experience in life sciences / healthcare Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and maintain a safe work environment.
Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct inspections, manage documentation, and ensure that all work meets client specifications and industry standards.
Resolve conflicts and challenges on-site while maintaining a focus on project goals and deadlines.

The Successful Applicant

The Construction Superintendent - Life Sciences - New Jersey will have: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, particularly on Life Sciences or Healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
Have experience in overseeing large pharmaceutical renovations Have experience with MEPs is preferred What's on Offer Salary: 120,000 - $165,000 + benefits depending upon experience Great Benefits Vehicle Compensation Opportunities for career advancement within a growing and dynamic company.
