Senior Superintendent to build large-scale ground-up & repositioning projects in Charlotte, NC. The Ideal Candidate has career growth in site management responsibilities building large volume ground-up or renovating Mix Use & Multifamily projects. Have a stable work history building projects as much as $50 million or part of a team to build mix-use projects over $150 million. In your new role, you would be responsible for site safety management, ensuring quality workmanship, scheduling, coordination, & leading the trades to financially successful project completion.

Must have Core Competency: Have progressive site management responsibilities in preferably multifamily Construction. but not required & knowledge of how the project goes together & the required work sequence to complete the project successfully. Collaboratively work with colleagues during the project's preconstruction planning, scoping, & subcontracting phase. Take ownership of overall construction site safety management, quality workmanship, sub-coordination, & leading the trades to financially successful project completion.
