The resource for Wheaton will be an electrical inspector, essentially.
Needed for the installation of five Wartsila units.
A pre-engineered metal building that supports them and the installation of a of a GE combustion turbine.
Electrical is going to consist of 480 Volt, 4160 Volt and 13.8 kilovolt ties to substation distribution, cabling, power conductor, cabling, building wiring at 100 and 22140 Volt 120 Volt.
Resource must have strong electrical knowledge with 4160 distribution, electrical distribution systems, 13.8 transmission distribution, 480 Volt motor control and electrical distribution would be great.
For the Blue Lake plant - Resource will be supporting the installation of 3 Wartsila delay units inside of a Pre-engineered metal building, it's essentially going to require the exact same electrical knowledge as (Wheaton) but without the GE turban knowledge.
The 400 and 480 Volt 416013.8 transmission tie ins.
Somebody who's familiar with building wiring, Power Distribution systems and transmission tie ins.
What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications required?
Targeting 5 to 7 years of previous electrical [inspection] experience in addition to hands on technical knowledge to be able to understand right/wrong during contractor electrical oversight.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from site.
Must be able and capable of physical requirements - kneeling, bending, twisting.

Mgr will also look to see if this person worked with any of the current crew and has the availability to start when needed.
What does a typical day look like?
Resources will be expected to be onsite 5 days per week.
They will be responsible for reviewing the project drawings, project specs and familiarize themselves with it.
Also, ensuring that all the electrical components out in the field are being installed per drawing in spec as required.
These resources should have a solid knowledge of best practice so that they can spot any deficiencies in their work practices that the contractor.

With 5-7 years of previous experience, these resources should be proficient within 1-2 months.
What are the work hours/shift (standard, evening, full time/part time, OT required, on-call for 24/7 operation)?
Standard 10 hours a day/5 days per week with Saturday as required.
OT is required.
Role starts at 50 hours per week.
