Data Analyst Consultant
Position Type: Independent Consultant (1099 or LLC)

Our consultants are industry experts, providing tactical operational wins to OEMs and T1 Suppliers via extensive industry knowledge, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for making hands-on changes to warehouse and production floors rapidly.
Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data to determine employee retention, customer satisfaction, sales figures, employee productivity, etc.
Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel to present key insights and metrics.
Analyze and interpret large, multi-dimensional datasets, to find usable information and communicate findings.
Work closely with product engineering and management teams to identify and answer important product questions.
Create data visualizations, presentations, and reports that capture core insight from analysis.
Provide weekly project status updates to management, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
Mentor and guide less experienced team members in technical excellence, procedures, and best practices.
Initiating and implementing process improvements through innovative creative ideas.
Develops, maintains, and reviews concepts with suppliers and customers.
Monitors implementation of corrective action plans.
Coordinates the efforts of cross-functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and production capacity.
Act as a liaison between the technical team and the business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Requirements 2-5 years of Data Analysis in Automotive, Aerospace, Financial Services, or other related industries.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels.
Strong oral and written communication and documentation skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with data: exploration, analysis, mining, storytelling, visualization, and basic engineering; as well as the tools necessary to achieve these goals (SQL, ETL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, BI, Web Analytics, Looker) Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Experience leading small teams or delivering projects or programs.
Experience prioritizing tasks and managing assignments in a collaborative team environment.
