This role is on theAerial Imagery Solutions Teamin thePersonal Lines Property & Specialty Productorganization. Our team focuses on projects aimed at maximizing the segmentation value of Aerial Imagery across our core USRM capabilities. After a period of on-boarding to our aerial capabilities, this role will focus on research to expand the capability and/or own workstreams that help further enhance our value in existing aerial levers. Below are some key responsibilities of the role:
Under general direction, provides technical and analytical assessments of opportunities for aerial capabilities; queries data to conduct ad hoc analysis of key performance metrics.
Manages projects of moderate complexity and duration; may lead vendor projects on select projects.
Presents recommendations to P&S Product leadership and works cross functionally on alignment to strategic decisions needed.
May be assigned to mentor or supervise intern or rotational analysts.
Engaged by complex business questions and interested in problem solving with an intellectual curiosity to proactively identify new opportunities.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years.
Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
Experience managing projects preferred.
