Job Summary We are looking for a talented and reliableConsultant, Program Facilitatorto join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the community, particularly in higher education. The Consultant will play a key role in developing and implementing programs that address the needs of our target audience. The successful Consultant will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities Develop and implement program activities and initiatives to support the organization's mission and goals Collect, analyze, and report data on program outcomes and impact Coordinate and facilitate workshops, trainings, and events for program participants Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities Experience Previous experience in program development and management Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting Excellent public speaking and presentation skills Ability to engage program participants effectively Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation Knowledge of higher education principles and practices is a plus Required Skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance Must have good analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional maturity and confidence. Ability to be self-driven and to independently manage fast-paced projects. Must be able to use good judgment, discretion and remain objective so as to function independently from other teams. Must be detail oriented. Employment Type Contract
