Role: Consulting Team Lead

You will be the driving force leading one of our fast-paced Power BI / Azure Consulting teams (5 to 10 individuals) and reporting up to a Consulting Manager.
Your major responsibilities include: Leading, managing and holding your team accountableAccurate daily forecasting and resourcing of your teamAccountability for your team achieving 75% utilizationDelivering your personal billable utilization of 30%Assisting your team with client relationships and delivering high quality outcomesProactive reporting to your Consulting Manager Your collaborative approach and effective communication skills will be pivotal in fostering a positive team environment. As a key player in our organization, you will play a crucial role in meeting client expectations and contributing to the overall success of our consulting practice.
