Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC ("ACM") is looking for a highly experienced, goal oriented, and dynamic professional to serve as its Consumer Direct Manager.
This position will be responsible for defining and implementing an effective consumer direct strategy and managing consumer direct activities and initiatives within the company.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven record in consumer direct sales, a deep understanding of lead sourcing and the consumer direct function, and hands-on experience leading a best-in-class consumer direct team.
The ideal candidate will work at the company's headquarters, located in Fairfax, Virginia; however, remote candidates will also be considered.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide functional and strategic leadership of the consumer direct team Identify and develop viable consumer direct lead sources Collaborate with company leaders to build a compliant and seamless consumer direct process Drive performance by leveraging technology, setting challenging team and individual objectives, enforcing aggressive follow-up protocols, and formulating strategies to help the consumer direct team achieve their objectives Provide ongoing training and development to the consumer direct team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to achieve their goals Monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement With the assistance of the CFO, establish a P&L for the consumer direct division Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in order to adjust department strategies as needed Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the consumer direct team Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a business-related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in consumer direct sales; 2 years' experience in a consumer direct leadership role Knowledge of products, lead sources, and regulatory requirements Ability to identify viable consumer direct lead sources Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales goals Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with all levels of clients (internal/external), staff, and management Ability to work successfully in a deadline driven, high pressure, fast-paced, ever changing team environment About ACM:
