Consumer Loan Representative

About the Role
As a Consumer Loan Specialist at OneMain Financial, you will play a critical role in empowering customers to achieve their financial goals.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, presenting financial solutions that meet customer needs, and developing new relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations
Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with customers
Present financial solutions based on customer needs
Present customers with optional insurance products
Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan
Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers
Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities
Requirements
HS Diploma/GED
Preferred
Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience
